Job Title: CNC Fanuc Operator
Location: Taloja MIDC
Salary: ?16,000 - ?20,000 per month (Salary Depends on knowledge)
Shifts: Day Shift (8am to 8pm) & Night Shift (8pm to 8am), rotational every 15 days
Benefits: One-time snacks provided during working hours

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Plan machining operations by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and orthographic drawings.
• Take inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating stock needs, and placing orders as necessary.
• Program CNC mills and lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points.
• Set up CNC mills and lathes by installing and adjusting three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, and attachments.
• Load feed mechanism by positioning stock into place.
• Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run parts, and sample workpieces.
• Maintain machining specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting processes, including turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operations.
• Ensure safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as required.
• Maintain workflow continuity across shifts by documenting and communicating actions.
• Document actions taken by completing production and quality logs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Use vernier equipment for accurate measurements.
