position Summary Fresher /Experienced -CNC Operator

Celestile is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and has a passion for delivering quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Setup: Configure, calibrate, and prepare CNC machines for daily operations, ensuring all tools and materials are correctly installed.

Programming: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to input or modify machine programs.

Operation: Operate CNC machines (e.g., lathes, mills, routers) to produce components per specifications, maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality.

Inspection and Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of produced parts using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet required tolerances and standards.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and report significant malfunctions to the maintenance team.

Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant workspace.

Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing environment.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in CNC operations or related fields is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, CAD designs, and G-code programming.

Strong knowledge of CNC machines and tools.

Familiarity with measurement instruments and quality control procedures.

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
