Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines to manufacture precision parts according to engineering specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines for drilling, milling, turning, and other machining processes.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Utilize CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software to program machine tools
• Load and secure raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Perform quality checks on finished parts using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and document any process deviations.
• Monitor machine operation, identify and troubleshoot basic machine issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and changing cutting tools.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating CNC/VMC machines (minimum requirement)
• Knowledge of machining processes and principles (e.g., drilling, milling, turning)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software

Pay: From ?10,000.00 per month
