Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator at Josmo, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality wooden furniture parts. The ideal candidate should have experience in CNC machine operation, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for woodworking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines to cut, carve, and shape wooden furniture components based on design specifications.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings to set up CNC machines for production.
• Monitor machine performance, make adjustments to maintain accuracy, and ensure smooth production flow.
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to prevent breakdowns.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.
• Keep accurate records of production and machine maintenance.
• Maintain tools and ensure their proper storage and usage.

Qualifications :

• 3-4 years of experience as CNC Operator
• Familiarity with CNC machines, especially those used in woodworking
• Strong understanding of woodworking principles and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,722.93 - ?31,849.75 per month
