Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation:
• Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production and quality.
• Quality Control:
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting:
• Identify and resolve issues with CNC machinery.
• Make necessary adjustments to machine settings or tooling.
• Communicate with maintenance staff for more complex repairs.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, including machine settings and material usage.
• Complete necessary paperwork for quality control and production tracking.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification or vocational training in CNC machining is preferred.
• Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with CNC programming and operation.
• Skills:
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
