Requirement for CNC Operator

Location-Raipur

Company- Steel Manufacturing

• Operate CNC machines (e.g., milling, drilling, punching, cutting) for the production of angles, channels, and tower components.
• Load raw materials, align them properly, and set up machines as per job requirements.
• Execute machining programs based on drawings and job cards.
• Interpret technical drawings and create or modify CNC programs using G-code or software (if required).
• Set up machines by selecting and installing appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters.
• Calibrate machines to ensure accurate cutting, punching, and drilling.

Qualifications:

• Education: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Machinist, or related field.
• Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing or fabrication environment, preferably in the production of angles, channels, or towers.
• Skills:
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and CNC programming.
• Skilled in operating CNC machines and using measuring tools.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance.
• Familiarity with quality standards and safety protocols.
