Job Title- CNC Milling Supervisor

Salary Range- Up to ? 35,000 per month

Location- Banglore

Basic Qualification required-

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC operator, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and G-code interpretation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and lead a team of CNC milling machine operators.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize machine setup and production activities to meet production targets.
• Monitor and optimize machine processes for quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance and coordinate repairs for CNC machines.
• Train and mentor team members on machine operation and safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory of tooling, raw materials, and machine consumables.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skill Required

• Familiarity with CAM software for CNC programming, such as Mastercam, Siemens NX, or similar.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Operate CNC machines to execute machining processes with precision and accuracy
• Knowledge of tooling selection, setup, and maintenance.
