THREE AXIS TURING, JOB SETTING, INSTRUMENTS HANDLEING,(VERNIER,MICROMETER,BORE GUAGE)CONTROLLED SYSTEM(FANUC/SIEMENS), DRAWING STUDY KNOWLEDGE,JOB SETUP,JOB DIAL, VERTICAL MILLING MECHINCE

Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Operation : Machine Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines.

- Blueprint Interpretation : Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAM files to produce accurate parts.

- Quality Control : Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications using measuring tools (vernier calliper, Micrometres, gauges, etc..).

- Programming: Assist in writing and modifying CNC CAM programs as needed.

- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure optimal performance.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, including quantities produced, quality checks, and machine maintenance logs.

- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and practices in the machine shop.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or equivalent; technical degree/certification preferred.

- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role.

- Proficient in using measuring tools and equipment.

- Familiarity with CNC machinery, programming (G-code & M-code), and CAM software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic troubleshooting skills for equipment and machinery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
