Job Description

Job Responsibilities:1. CNC Machine Operation & Setup

Set up and operate

CNC milling machines

to produce precision components. Adjust machine settings and tool offsets for optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC milling machines.

2. CNC Programming & Engineering Drawing Interpretation

Read and interpret

engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and tolerances

. Create, modify, and optimize

CNC programs using G-code & CAM software

. Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and work-holding devices.

3. Quality Inspection & Process Monitoring

Conduct

in-process, first article (FAI), and final inspections

of machined components. Use

precision measuring instruments

such as micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges. Identify and report

defects, deviations, and non-conformities

to the quality team.

4. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

Optimize machining parameters to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times. Provide feedback on

process improvements, defect reduction, and tooling enhancements

. Maintain

5S and lean manufacturing principles

on the shop floor.

5. Coordination with Production & Quality Teams

Work closely with

CNC machine operators, quality inspectors, and assembly teams

to ensure adherence to specifications. Assist in

root cause analysis and corrective actions

for quality issues. Support ISO 9001 / AS9100 compliance and industry quality standards.

6. Compliance & Safety

Follow strict

safety protocols, company SOPs, and industry best practices

. Ensure adherence to

ISO 9001, AS9100, or other quality management systems

.

Skills & Competencies Required:

? Strong knowledge of

CNC milling machine operations & tooling

? Ability to

read & interpret engineering drawings (GD&T preferred)

? Hands-on experience with

precision measuring instruments

? Familiarity with

Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain controllers

? Experience with

CAM software (Mastercam, NX, Fusion 360, etc.)

? Understanding of

ISO quality standards & inspection techniques

? Strong

problem-solving and analytical skills

for defect identification
? Experience in

maintaining quality control reports & documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
