Overview: As a CNC Bending Machine Operator in the elevator manufacturing industry, you\'ll be an integral part of our production team, responsible for bending metal components used in the fabrication of elevators. Your expertise in operating CNC bending machines will ensure the precise shaping of materials according to engineering specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Setup: Prepare and set up CNC bending machines for production runs, ensuring all tools and materials are in place.
- Programming: Input bending parameters into the CNC machine, using programming software to ensure accurate and consistent bending operations.
- Material Handling: Load metal sheets and plates onto the machine, inspecting for quality and proper alignment before initiating the bending process.
- Quality Control: Monitor bending operations closely, conducting regular checks to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to tolerances.
- Adjustments and Troubleshooting: Make necessary adjustments to machine settings or tooling to correct deviations and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC bending machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Experience: Proven 0 - 3 years of experience as a CNC bending machine operator, preferably in a manufacturing setting, with knowledge of metal fabrication processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating CNC bending machines and familiarity with relevant software for programming and machine control.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently during production.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Team Player: Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work closely with other team members to achieve production goals.
