Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. You will work closely with engineers and quality control personnel to ensure precision and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC machines according to work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
• Operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines, to produce parts.
• Monitor the machining process for quality, making adjustments as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of finished products using measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machine malfunctions or production issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with G-code and M-code programming.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
