Cnc Machine Operator
Job Description
1. Machine Operation:
• Operate and monitor CNC machines, edge banders, saws, and other woodworking equipment.
• Perform machine setup, tool changes, and adjustments as per production requirements.
2. Quality Control:
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
• Address any discrepancies in production output.
3. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Identify and resolve minor technical issues to minimize downtime.
4. Safety Compliance:
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment.
• Report any safety incidents or machine malfunctions promptly.
5. Production Coordination:
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily and weekly output targets.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine performance.
Qualifications:
Education: ITI/Diploma - Mechanical/Carpentry/Electrical/Fitter etc . Technical training in woodworking or machinery operation is a plus.
