Location : Sharjah

MUST HAVE EXEPERIENCE INCNC MILING OTHER STEEL STRUCTURE FABRICATION RELATED MACHINE EXOEREIENCE

QUALIFIACTION : ITI ,DIPLOMA, SECONDARY

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup :
• Install, align, and secure workpieces on the machine bed.
• Set up tools (cutting tools, end mills, drill bits, etc.) and ensure correct tool paths.
• Set machine parameters, including speed, feed rates, and cutting depths.
• Programming :
• Input and modify G-code programs based on engineering drawings or CAD models.
• Use CNC software (like Mastercam, SolidCAM, etc.) to optimize the machine's performance and efficiency.
• Adjust programs or machine settings to correct any deviations from specifications.
• Operation :
• Start and monitor machine operations, ensuring proper functioning throughout the process.
• Perform regular checks on tool wear and material conditions.
• Operate the machine to perform milling, drilling, boring, and other operations as required.
• Quality Control :
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Make adjustments to machine settings or programs to correct any dimensional inaccuracies or defects.
• Maintain a focus on producing high-quality parts within tolerance levels.
• Maintenance :
• Perform routine maintenance on the machine, such as cleaning and lubricating components.
• Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Safety and Compliance :
• Follow all safety protocols to avoid accidents or injuries.
• Ensure proper machine guards and safety equipment are in place.
• Adhere to company and industry standards, including ISO certifications, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills : Strong understanding of CNC machines, G-code programming, and CAD/CAM software.
• Attention to Detail : Ability to work with high precision and meet tight tolerances.
• Problem-Solving : Able to troubleshoot machine malfunctions or production issues.
• Mathematical Skills : Knowledge of geometry, trigonometry, and basic mathematics for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Mechanical Aptitude : Comfortable working with machine tools and understanding machine mechanics.
