Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Machines : Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.) for precision cutting and shaping of materials.
• Programming : Write or modify CNC programs using G-code to ensure the aesthetic and functional outcome of parts.
• Tool Selection & Setup : Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds to ensure surface finish quality and design accuracy.
• Aesthetic Finishing : Focus on the visual quality of finished parts, ensuring smooth edges, polished surfaces, and artistic design elements.
• Quality Control : Inspect parts using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and CMM machines, ensuring both functional tolerances and visual quality are met.
• Collaboration with Design Team : Work closely with designers and engineers to understand and implement aesthetic requirements in addition to technical specifications.
• Material Knowledge : Use materials that meet the aesthetic goals, such as choosing metals or finishes that enhance the visual appeal.
• Machine Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure consistent production quality.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and any adjustments made during the process.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience : 1-2 years of CNC machining experience, preferably with a focus on high-end or aesthetic parts.
• Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of CNC programming, setup, and operation. Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
