Description for CNC Lathe Programmer
? Working experience on Fanuc Controller
? Making programmer for job manually on a controller and on CAM software (mastercam) as per the drawings and/or CAD files given by designer
? Manual programming
? Job setting on machine
? Manual Lathe and milling operations
? Assisting design
? Quality inspection machined parts
? Assisting design
? Engineer in feasibility study
? Inventory management for cutting tools and machine consumables using IMS
? Maintaining job card/ log book using PMS
? Periodic maintenance of machine tools
? CAD Experience
? Work experience in die & mold industry
? Engineering drawing reading
? Knowledge of different cutting tools and measuring instruments
? Basic knowledge on CNC milling operations and programming
? Working experience with variety of raw materials knowledge on GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerance)
Qualifications B.Tech /Diploma in mechanical engineering or Diploma in Tool & Die /Certificate course in machinist tool room Certificate course in cnc milling and turning/Advance certificate course in cnc machining/Post Diploma in tool design and CAD CAM
Experience 3 to 5 years
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
