Job Description
Position : CNC Lathe Operator
Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engg/ ITI
Location : Shahpur, Thane
Experience : 2 to 4 Years of as Experience as CNC Lathe Machine Operator is must.
Salary : as per industry norms
:
Monitoring and operating CNC (computer numerically controlled) lathe machines to cut metal parts.
Developing instructions for a computer controller based on drawings.
Downloading the program and performs test operations to ensure the product is made to specifications
P roduction, running the machine and monitoring it for problems
Operator to load material and calculate the amount of material to be fed into the machine
Make adjustments to the operating speed based on vibrations and sounds that may indicate a malfunction
Operator to inspect the machined part to make sure that it matches specifications
Operators to clean and maintain equipment
Ensuring that all the required parts for assembly are present.
Marking cutting lines on material.
Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned and screwed in.
Ensuring that quality control standards are met.
Maintaining a production schedule.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
