We are looking for consulting professionals with experience in transformation projects and those who have a consultative mindset to address customer pain points.Relevant Experience Levels: About 2 years \xe2\x80\x93 20 years+Locations: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Noida/GurgaonEducation: Engineering/equivalent (mandatory), MBA (highly preferred)Travel: Per project requirements (in line with Covid guidelines, as applicable)Mandatory Skillsets and Experience:\xc2\xb7 Experience in consulting-oriented roles in telecom industry, business/strategy, process or technology areas\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of key telecom business processes such as Order to activate, Lead to Quote, Quote to Order, provisioning, billing etc. (along with eToM business frameworks understanding)\xc2\xb7 Exposure to the BSS / OSS of the communication providers\xc2\xb7 Independggently working and coordinating with the key stakeholders involved in the telecom processes.\xc2\xb7 Exposure in capturing requirements from business stakeholders and working closely with project teams.\xc2\xb7 Exposure in creating business requirement document / functional requirement document.\xc2\xb7 Experience in creating workflows, user stories and sprint grooming sessions (preferred).\xc2\xb7 Experience working in large deals and business pursuits (preferred).\xc2\xb7 Understand the industry trends, business imperatives, strategic growth areas and underlying technology trends.\xc2\xb7 Client facing roles in previous projects.\xc2\xb7 Extremely good communication and presentation skills along with soft skills\xc2\xb7 Balanced temperament towards work \xe2\x80\x93 a blended characteristic of patience and always striving to achieve better value for the client and organization.Desirable Skillsets:\xc2\xb7 Exposure and understanding of key digital battlegrounds such as IoT, Edge, Analytics and Cloud.\xc2\xb7 eTOM certifications and training are desirable.\xc2\xb7 PMP / CSPO / CSM certifications are desirable.\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge in project management tools likeo JIRA\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge in workflow modelers\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge in the telecom productso CRMo Billingo Provisioningo Ordering\xc2\xb7 Understanding of the telecom networks and concepts of SDN will be an advantage.
