The Finance & Accounting Managed Services team provides support by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back-office opportunities, transforming finance function by executing strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes, optimizing use of technology, and efficiently using resources to deliver cost-effective, high-quality services to all stakeholders. The team delivers corefinance & accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance and Controls, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, General Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, and Treasury.Our Financial Planning and Analysis Managed Services (FPAMS) team will provide you with theopportunity to act as an extension of our clients' business office.Minimum Degree Required (BQ) *:High School DiplomaDegree Preferred:Bachelors DegreeRequired Field(s) of Study (BQ):Accounting, FinancePreferred Field(s) of Study:Minimum Year(s) of Experience (BQ) *: US5 year(s) of experience,Certification(s) Preferred:CPAPreferred Knowledge/Skills *:Demonstrates extensive level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success identifying and addressing client needs:
  • Trains junior team members to develop skills;
  • Leads client status meetings and extract applicable metrics;

  • Oversees overall project management, including financials;

  • Supports consulting and/or BPO in Finance and Accounting within a Business Managed Service environment;
  • Contributes to the delivery of a CFO managed service operation, supporting operations across finance areas such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Financial Planning and Analysis;
  • Demonstrates familiarity with broader CFO managed services in the areas of analytics, data management, and Finance IT tools support and maintenance;
  • Performs real-time financial performance tracking and monitoring;
  • Monitors the business environment for trends that could potentially affect the success of our clients;
  • Supports development of relevant dashboards, financial models and reports and operational KPIs to guide business decisions and inform on performance of programs and agreements;
  • Confirms the integrity and accuracy of the financial reporting and analysis provided;
  • Supports leadership teams in delivering effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, through visual displays of quantitative information/insights;
  • Escalates financial issues to management;
  • Completes market research and comparable company analysis;
  • Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers, applying in-depth financial and quantitative acumen and skills;
  • Builds effective and sustained working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including working with senior members of the accounting and finance teams;
  • Working independently using project management skills;
  • Learns quickly and uses effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address deadline-sensitive involving finance, accounting, technology, and/or related managed services matters; and,
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), as well as Anaplan, Tableau and SAP (S4Hana).
