The Cloud Managed Services Operations team within Cloud Managed Services provides support to run the business including the following: financial management, billing and collections, practice communications, business development and sales strategy support, practice budgeting, utilization and leadership support.

Our Strategic Program Management Office Sourcing practice will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations balance long term strategies and short-term imperatives to optimize their investments and strategic activity required to achieve the organization's business objectives. We help enhance organizations project and program performance by identifying alternative project approaches, consistently aligning projects with corporate strategy, setting the tone and pace of programs from the outset, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations and extracting value from agile program delivery. Our team's roles focus on project portfolio management for both people and client management. Additionally, our team processes services such as portfolio, program, and project management which require a diverse range of skill sets needed and growth opportunities for new and experienced team members.

Responsibilities:


• At least 3-5 years serving as an Azure Virtual Desktop (or other Virtualization Tool) Engineer responsible for installing and configuring Microsoft WVD technologies including host pools WVD images and scaling
• Must have 3-4 years of experience on 1 more Virtualization tools like VMWare Horizon, Citrix etc.
• Manage Azure Active Directory for Azure WVD related systems
• Manage and support Azure WVD Clusters HA systems
• Analyze system performance indicators and recommend improvement actions for Azure WVD based production configuration
• Must have experience in managing FXLogix profiles, golden image update procedures etc.
• Have good knowledge of Azure WVD publishing applications web server load balancing Resource Manager License Management
• Troubleshoot approved packages if needed
• Manage and deploy updates via Azure update manager
• Help in organization and management of the business applications that is installed on Azure WVD Improve and adjust Azure WVD
• Understanding on VMware environment
• Good Communication Skill & ready to take challenges

o To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.


o To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management


o Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.


o To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies


o To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases


o To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
