He will be custodian of documentation related to the compliances and certifications. He will assist the Senior Management Representative in establishing a quality culture within the organization. He/She will seek and disseminate required information/knowledge related to relevant quality initiatives in the industry. Roles and Responsibilities \xe2\xa6\x81 Provide a bullet point list of the responsibilities and duties of this job. \xe2\xa6\x81 Prepares and sets up documentation and formats related to Processes, Procedures to meet quality standards being implemented in the company. \xe2\xa6\x81 Maintains the updated versions of all required documents while acting as central custodian of documentation related to Process, procedure. \xe2\xa6\x81 Assists departmental quality stakeholders in establishing measurement and management of the processes \xe2\xa6\x81 Communicate with the internal teams for procedural requirements and compliances for maintaining the quality practices in conformance to quality standards. \xe2\xa6\x81 Co-ordinates with the Quality consultants, Management and departmental people for the quality audit and compliances. Required Skills \xe2\xa6\x81 Ability to handle daily scrums and work closely with leads and scrum master and product owners to provide status on a timely basis \xe2\xa6\x81 Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills \xe2\xa6\x81 Requirement Analysis \xe2\xa6\x81 Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook \xe2\xa6\x81 Working in a multinational environment. Required Skills \xe2\xa6\x81 About 2+ Years experience in the quality function in a CMMI implemented, Software/Electronics Product/Services company. Preferable, if experience is in at least one green field quality certification implementation. \xe2\xa6\x81 Excellent data analysis skills and competent in using Process Documentation tools. \xe2\xa6\x81 Fluent communicator in written and verbal communication. Should be able to independently prepare and make presentations on quality concepts to departmental teams. \xe2\xa6\x81 Quality Certifications related to ISO/CMMI. Qualification and Experience 1.
