Apply fundamental knowledge of GD&T for online and offline CMM Program creation for Zeiss CMM using Calypso software.

Provide safe and efficient CMM programs and all supporting documentation to the shop.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Apply fundamental knowledge of GD&T for online and offline CMM Program creation for Zeiss CMM using Calypso software.

Provide safe and efficient CMM programs and all supporting documentation to the shop.

Verifies CMM programs are in accordance to required drawings, specifications and quality system.

Assist in documenting standard operating processes and procedures.

Assist in process improvements to reduce manufacturing costs and enhance the quality of parts being produced.

Assist in training CMM fundamentals, programming & measuring process to others.

Display an attitude conducive to progress through positive change and continuous improvement.

Actively contribute to the teamwork concept.

Other duties as assigned.

B.Tech/BE in Mechanical or Industrial & Production Engg.

3 to 5 years of experience in Calypso software CMM programming.

Must be able to read and interpret complex machining drawings.

Knowledge of GD&T are must.

Experience in other CMM software & NX is added advantage.
