Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled CMM Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and ensuring quality control in a manufacturing environment.
Duties
• Operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to measure parts with precision
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and SolidWorks models
• Perform quality assurance inspections using PC-DMIS software
• Conduct quality control checks on fabricated parts
• Utilize micrometers and other measuring tools to verify part dimensions
• Maintain compliance with ISO 13485 standards
Skills
• Proficiency in PC-DMIS software for CMM operation
• Strong mechanical knowledge to interpret engineering drawings and schematics
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is a plus
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 quality standards
• Ability to use micrometers and other precision measuring instruments
• Previous experience in quality control and assurance processes
