The ideal candidate will be skilled in Chinese, Continental, North Indian, and other diverse cuisines, with 5-7 years of experience. Responsibilities include meal planning, kitchen management, and preparing high-quality meals for the household.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily meals for the family, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring Chinese, Continental, North Indian, and other diverse cuisines.
- Plan menus according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Cater for special events and dinner parties as needed.
- Manage kitchen inventory and ensure all supplies are stocked.
- Collaborate with household staff to ensure seamless service.
- 5-7 years of experience as a chef, preferably in a private residence or high-end restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese, Continental, North Indian, and other diverse cuisines.
- Ability to cater to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
