• Literature search knowledge for NCE/API by SciFinder and Reaxys search engine.
• Route Scouting for a Cost-Effective Process Development of NCE/API.
• Conducting reaction for process feasibility, optimization, validation, and impurity profiling of NCE/API.
• Exposure of handling multistage synthesis of organic molecules in single and with team.
• Developing purification technologies by crystallization method.
• Knowledge of analytical data interpretation and characterization by HPLC, MASS, NMR, LCMS, IR, GC, DSC, TG etc.
• Knowledge of Polymorphic screening of NCE/ API to select suitable crystal structure.
• Scale up of NCE molecules for pre-IND & IND enabling studies and for phase I, II and III clinical study by developing safe, scalable, and cost-effective process.
• To maintain established quality of NCE API, intermediates and reference standards throughout drug development phases and NCE API quality as per ICH norms during the later stage of drug development.
• Knowledge of Cost optimization of NCE/API.
• Sound knowledge of Chemdraw, ELN, Microsoft window.
