Hiring Cluster Revenue ManagerJob Summary: A leading hospitality startup is looking for the role of Cluster Revenue Manager, having atleast 5+ years of experience to work in their revenue department.About the Start-up: It is a leading real estate developer, specializing in hotel development, layout development, and warehousing. The company has operations in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh and currently manages hotels in Sri Lanka and India.Location: RMV Extension 2nd Phase, Hebbal, BangaloreRoles and Responsibilities:The role is based out of our corporate office in Hebbal, Bangalore, and requires strong analytical, strategic, and operational skills to enhance market share and maximize revenue across both clusters. Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Management & Strategy:Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy across the cluster: Southern Coast, Sri Lanka and Bangalore, India.Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor strategies to develop pricing, inventory, and distribution plans.Monitor and adjust pricing strategies in real-time to respond to market dynamics and ensure optimal yield.Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to hotel General Managers and corporate leadership.Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans in collaboration with hotel finance teams.2. Distribution & OTA Management:Manage online travel agency (OTA) listings, ensuring accurate content, competitive pricing, and maximum visibility.Optimize distribution strategies across OTAs, direct bookings, and other digital channels.Monitor and improve rankings, reviews, and conversion rates on OTAs.Ensure rate parity and adherence to pricing guidelines across all distribution channels.3. Collaboration with Hotel Teams:Work closely with local front office, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment of revenue strategies with operational goals.Provide training and guidance to hotel teams on pricing, forecasting, and revenue tools.Act as the primary liaison for external vendors, consultants, and technology partners (e.g., channel managers, CRS, and RMS providers).Work with external technology partners, marketing agencies, and revenue consultants to enhance system efficiency and revenue performance.Ensure seamless integration of tools like PMS, RMS, and channel management systems for all properties.Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Requirement:Minimum 5-7 years of experience in revenue management, preferably managing multiple properties.Proven track record of driving revenue and achieving results in upscale or luxury hospitality environments.Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of revenue management principles, forecasting, and inventory management.Proficiency in using PMS, RMS, CRS, and channel management systems (e.g., Opera, SiteMinder, Duetto).Expertise in managing OTAs, including listing optimization, rate parity, and ranking improvementsWork Type: Work from officeWork Schedule: Monday to FridaySalary: The salary will be decided based on the candidate experience and interview.Contact Details: For more details on this vacancy, contact Ayush at or +91 7892947566.For more such vacancies visit .
