Monthly Visit of site and proper reporting to management and if any query to resolve same 10. To cross verify cash submission with CD slip and SCC remittance and if any discrepancy to highlight the same and get it close on priority 11. Checking Ageing packages , RTS pendency packages and get it cleared with respective stations on Daily basis 12. Working on ROI as per the management requirement 13. Checking and resolving query raised on IDFY portal 14. Co-ordination with Amazon CTL and CRM and resolving the Query raised from their end 15. Co-ordination with Flipkart team lead and Manager and resolving the Query raised from their end 16. Driving below metrics of all the stations to ensure station scorecard - 9.5+
