To cross verify cash submission with CD slip and SCC remittance and if any discrepancy to highlight the same and get it close on priority11. Checking Ageing packages , RTS pendency packages and get it cleared with respective stations on Daily basis12. Working on ROI as per the management requirement13. Checking and resolving query raised on IDFY portal14. Co-ordination with Amazon CTL and CRM and resolving the Query raised from their end15. Co-ordination with Flipkart team lead and Manager and resolving the Query raised from their end16. Driving below metrics of all the stations to ensure station scorecard - 9.5+
