:Role/Job Title: Cluster Manager-Tractor LoanFunction/ Department: Rural BankingJob Purpose:The role entails providing financial solutions to meet the requirements of the Tractor Loan customers and ensure value added customer service. The role will closely collaborate with the product and operations teams to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening.. The role bearer is responsible for acquisition of Dealership business clients and manage the relationship for a designated branch contributing to the larger branch banking channel objectives.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achievement of Sales target for the clusters for tractor and all other Agri Loan Products Supervising Sales channels.
- Optimizing Performance of sales channels
- Roll out and monitoring of entire dealership engagement model inclusive of trade advance and inventory funding Program for tractor loan.
- PDD management and driving end use of the Product- Tractor Loan Monitoring and supervising entire eco-system viz, Sales process, Payout etc for cluster Agri Business Managing relationship with dealers and manufacturers.
- Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support.
