- Only for Candidates with Home Loan/LAP Experience with 10+ Years of Exp.4th Orbit is hiring a Cluster Manager-NBFC(Home Loan) for one of their leading NBFC clients. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in Home Loan/LAP and relevant experience.Location : : Cluster ManagerKey Requirements :- Experience : 10-15 years of experience in Home Loan/LAP background- Education : No education gaps and Open university graduation is not acceptable (likely seeking a candidate with a traditional university degree)- Driving License : Mandatory with a two-wheeler or four-wheelerResponsibilities :- Manage a team of loan officers in the assigned location (Hyderabad, Warangal, or Bangalore)- Achieve sales targets for home loan or LAP products- Ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement- Build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners- Monitor team performance and provide coachingIf you meet the above criteria and are interested in this opportunity, We would love to interact to discuss further.
