Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in handling Retail Loan(Home Loans) teams
with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory sales.
Educational Qualification: preferably Graduate with PGDBM/ PGDM / MBA. This will not
be a constraint for a good candidate ...Self-starter, influencer, highly organised, strong decision making with investigative skills,
and ability to multi-task
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate
effectively across various departments and levels of the organization
+ Excellent leadership and time management skills required
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for managing and growing the Home Loan or Given Product
business within a cluster/Location.
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for sales management and revenue generation within the
cluster/Location. Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book
movement of the Cluster/Location.
\xe2\x97\x8f In addition, provide quality leadership, encouragement, and guidance to all
assigned personnel, while ensuring that clients receive superior client service
quality.
\xe2\x97\x8f Working as an independent profit Centre Head, Responsible for Profit and
Loss and Balance Sheet Management, generating business for various
banking products like Home loans, Loan against Property, Car loans,
Education Loan Savings & Current Accounts, etc.
\xe2\x97\x8f Taking various initiatives to increase customer penetration for sales.
\xe2\x97\x8f Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target
organizations for business development.
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for recruiting Sales Managers, Sales executives thereby penetrating to
the markets in improving businesses and over achieving the targets.
\xe2\x97\x8f Guiding and responsible for recruiting Connector through the Sales Manager to
achieve the targets.
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for driving and achieving profitability for the Location allotted. \xe2\x97\x8fResponsible for driving and ensuring a clean portfolio by complete quality sourcing.
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for improving mortgage business in the allotted territory.
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for Quality Monitoring and Training the team with Best market
