Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager at Ripplewalk Pvt Ltd. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurant locations within a designated cluster. Their day-to-day tasks will involve managing and coordinating staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring financial performance, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of these restaurants to meet our business objectives, maintain high-quality standards, and provide exceptional customer experiences. The Cluster Manager is a key figure in ensuring the success of our restaurant chain. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day outlet operations, including staffing, food preparation, service, and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and local regulations. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage outlet managers and staff within the cluster. Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and development to enhance staff skills and motivation. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Customer Service: Ensure that all restaurants deliver excellent customer service and uphold the brand\'s image. Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing strategies, promotions, community outreach and engagement to build the brand\'s presence in the cluster. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for each restaurant in the cluster. Analyse financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, and take necessary actions to achieve financial targets. Quality Control: Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency across all restaurants in the cluster. Conduct regular quality inspections and audits. Implement quality improvement initiatives and uphold food safety standards. Health and Safety: Ensure the implementation of safety protocols, health regulations, and cleanliness standards in all restaurants. Conduct regular safety inspections and training to minimise risks. Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to senior management. Provide regular updates on the cluster\'s progress, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 2. Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a multi-unit or cluster management role. 3. Strong leadership and team-building skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Financial acumen and budget management experience. 6. Exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Knowledge of local food safety and health regulations. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 9. Flexibility to travel between restaurant locations within the cluster. 10. A passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to 700,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate:
