: Cluster Manager Job Overview: QnQ Healthcare Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Cluster Manager based in Chennai, with a strong background in pharmaceutical retail sales management. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 year\'s experience as a Sales Manager, with proven achievements in sales targets. This role involves managing 8 to 10 stores within the pharmaceutical or retail sector, with extensive travel within the cluster region. Immediate availability or a notice period of up to 15 days is preferred. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Operational Management: Oversee the sales operations of 8 to 10 stores, ensuring sales targets are met and strategies are effectively implemented.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination: Manage inventory levels, coordinate with warehouses for timely stock replenishment, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and staff, fostering a culture of high performance and customer service excellence.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between administration, sales teams, and store personnel, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and operational metrics to the Sales Head.
- Budget Management: Monitor expenses, control costs, and optimize store operations within allocated budgets.
- Any Bachelor\'s degree with a pharmaceutical background preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Manager in pharmaceutical retail industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple stores.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail operations.
- Ability to travel extensively within the designated cluster region.
- Previous experience in managing a cluster of stores within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.
