Job Description
Job Purpose:
To ensure implementation of ABPMJAY, MA & MAV scheme the terms of tender and ensure minimum escalation / grievance from the District.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Overall responsibility of driving the project as per the ABPMJAY, MA & MAV guidelines at district level.
- Vendor management at district level.
- Report and alert any issues at the grass root level \xe2\x80\x93 both operational as well as administrative
- Coordinating with HAT and ILM team.
- Relationship with the district officials related to ABPMJAY, MA & MAV.
- Meeting DM/ CDHO/ CDMO/ DDO etc. on weekly basis (as per schedule)
- Schedule/ Attending SCM - Weekly to ensure minimum DGRC
- Sharing MOM for SCM with HAT Team
- Grievance Redressal such that the grievance does not reach SHA
- Coordination with local enrolment team to ensure higher enrolment, on ground in first 6 months
- Coordinate to organize District level workshops and Hospital trainings by HAT.
- Coordinate with HAT and prepare BAGIC case for DGRC...attending DGRC
- MOM for decisions taken in the state/district meetings needs to be circulated
- Taking audit findings to the district authorities and ensuring action on the same within specified time frame
- Keeping a tab of claims and most claiming hospitals
- Attending Hospital Escalations
