Location: Alipur, DelhiTeam Size: 10-12 membersIndustry: Agriculture / Organic Farming / Supply Chain ManagementBudget: 12 LPAJob Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to lead production and back-end operations at our Delhi cluster. The role requires overseeing production planning, logistics, and ensuring customer delivery metrics are met. You will work closely with the sales team for market forecasting and manage our contract farming operations to ensure continuous supply of high-quality, organic produce. This is a leadership role that requires managing both farmers and internal teams, while ensuring adherence to regenerative agricultural practices.Key Responsibilities:

• Production & Supply Chain Management:
• Oversee production planning and logistics to ensure continuous supply of SKUs as per market demand.
• Collaborate with the sales team to forecast market needs and plan production accordingly.
• Ensure timely delivery of produce to Collection Centers or Distribution Centers.
• Contract Farming Management:
• Lead contract farming activities with network farmers in compliance.
• Finalize and onboard suitable farmers for regenerative organic production.
• Train, motivate, and guide farmers to adopt organic practices, ensuring no chemical usage.
• Farm Operations:
• Monitor and supervise farming activities to ensure adherence to organic protocols.
• Manage activities at the Regional Agricultural Centers (RAC), including receiving, sorting, grading, and storage of vegetables.
• Quality & Technical Support:
• Ensure the quality of produce by coordinating with operations teams.
• Work with technical teams to execute farming practices based on the latest regenerative agriculture science and provide field feedback to the Technical Center of Excellence.
• Budgeting & Cost Optimization:
• Plan and manage the budget for all activities, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Explore opportunities for expanding operations across multiple locations in the region.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
• Post-graduation or graduation in Agriculture or a related discipline.
• Alternatively, graduates/post-graduates from other disciplines with 10+ years of relevant experience in regional-level agricultural operations, contract farming, or F&V (Fruits & Vegetables) management.
• Experience:
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience working with farmers at the ground level.
• Proven experience in organic or regenerative farming practices is highly preferred.
• Prior experience managing regional operations in Agri/F&V/Contract Farming sectors is a plus.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in ERP systems and computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, production planning, and farm operations.
• Communication & Leadership:
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading a team and working closely with farmers.
