Here is what you need to know about this role: Job Title: Cluster Manager Location: North/South Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon Job description summary: Responsible for managing a sales force of 12-16 agents Ensuring daily/monthly business deliverables through the agents Hiring/Training of the required agents and hand holding them for business understanding To ensure the SOPs are adhered to by all team members Coming up with new initiatives to achieve penetration in assigned geography Piloting new initiatives in line with manager and leadership team Sharing frequent market insights on competition, new initiatives, business opportunities Ensuring quality deliverables with strict adherence to Audit and governance model Onboarding Partners who will help to increase the customer base Responsible for Customer acquisition, Upsell, cross sell Your way to impact: Be self-driven / quick starter Have an ownership mindset Aggressively drive and deliver results What do you need to bring? 5+ yrs of total work experience in sales and people management (Field working) Ideal candidates should have people management, target orientation, basic analytical skills, Integrity. Experience in managing sales and distribution channels is required. Relevant industry experience in Insurance, BFSI, Fintech, telecom is a plus.
