Job Summary . Cluster Manager - Credit Operations/Senior Cluster Manager - Credit Operations Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' Individual contributor in improving existing processes by leveraging latest AI and ML technologies and be part of analytics team which contributes best in class analytical and ML solutions to the services for the organization Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Analytics . Take care of Data Movement Activity with manipulation of data using SSIS. . Hypothesis creation and testing to get insights and assist actionable basis trend. . Model building using Python to feed business requirement. . Process automation with help of SQL along with SSIS and SSRS. . Suggesting target customers for business campaigns. . Preparing decks and giving inputs during business reviews. 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) . Initial challenge is to understanding business process and get suitable data set table with IT. . Search for desired variables its fill rate etc. . Infra level challenges (IT issues): It is major challenge to handle business team at downtime . The team needs to understand requirements from both a technical and functional standpoint. So there is significant amount of guidance and handholding required. 5. Data and Analytics Vendors: To evaluate offerings from new vendors and coordinate analytics requirements from existing vendors 7.
