About the jobSalary: Up to 7LPA (Negotiable)Immediate availability or a notice period of up to 15 days is preferred.Job Overview:Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Operational Management: Oversee the sales operations of 8 to 10 stores, ensuring sales targets are met and strategies are effectively implemented.
• Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination: Manage inventory levels, coordinate with warehouses for timely stock replenishment, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and staff, fostering a culture of high performance and customer service excellence.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between administration, sales teams, and store personnel, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and operational metrics to the Sales Head.
• Budget Management: Monitor expenses, control costs, and optimize store operations within allocated budgets.

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor\'s degree with a pharmaceutical background preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sales Manager in pharmaceutical retail industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple stores.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and retail operations.
• Ability to travel extensively within the designated cluster region.
• Previous experience in managing a cluster of stores within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.
