Job Description




Job Objective:

Partner with the SC Head and ensure implementation of the HR Strategy and processes towards Strengthening the talent, people capability and overall engagement of the SC teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop the Cluster People Strategy Develop, monitor and update the HR Plan for the Cluster including manpower planning, compensation plan and training plan for the Cluster
  • Performance Management \xe2\x80\x93 Facilitate setting of KRAs, performance review and appraisal process; Drive the conduct of ACs and PDF discussion to ensure employee career development. Manage the Top 10 and Bottom 10 talent and manage PIP.
  • HR Operations Management: Lead HR Operations activities like recruitment for roles up to middle management in the Cluster, compensation and benefits, updating of employee database, generation of HR reports and change in employee records through transfers, relocations and change in structures to support business through people management
  • Productivity: Drive cost and manpower productivity across the Cluster.
  • Culture and engagement: Drive engagement and culture related initiatives for long-term sustainability
  • People Capability Development \xe2\x80\x93Identify competency needs and initiate development of associates in the Cluster by Training and Management Development Programs to develop capability in the Cluster.
  • Industrial Relations: Create and maintain healthy employee relations, review and resolve all employee grievances, initiate employee engagement programs; Provide guidance and support in LTS agreements to build productivity and healthy employee relations
  • Administration and Employee Security: \xe2\x80\x93Carry out the administrative duties in the factories and strengthen and maintain security across the Cluster.
  • Safety, Welfare and Compliances Management: Monitor compliance towards health, safety and other compliances like Work Place Rights across all facilities and drive implementation of employee welfare programs.
  • Rewards & Recognition - Develop and execute Rewards & Recognition across the Cluster to build a culture of achievement.
  • Employee Feedback and Communication: Provide support for implementation of dipsticks and surveys, conduct focus group discussions, drive action items arising from employee feedback; Provide inputs for National newsletter and develop Cluster newsletter to achieve two way flow of communication

Functional Competencies:
  • Data Analysis: Knowledge of data analysis methods, which includes the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Employee Relations: Knowledge of the broad range of relationships that could impact an employee, employer, or applicant. This includes knowledge of federal and state laws, company policies, practices and ethical obligations to investigate, evaluate, and recommend an appropriate resolution to an employee and labor relations\' complaint.
  • Grievance Resolution: Knowledge of procedures used to investigate and resolve employee grievances.
  • Employment Law: Knowledge of regulatory laws that affect employment. This includes an understanding of Factories Act, ID Act, Contract Labour (R&A) Act etc.,
  • Knowledge on Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement etc.,
  • Asset Protection: Knowledge of asset protection procedures

Job Requirement

Minimum Education: MBA in HR & IR or MSW

Minimum Work Experience: 12 to 15 years

Business Knowledge: Operational Knowledge of Beverage Industry, Knowledge of Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, HR practices, Compensation & Benefits.

Language Proficiency: Hindi, English, and / or Knowledge of Local language

IT Knowledge: Working knowledge of MS Office

Travel: About 40%-50% of time
