Job Purpose: Generate Agri SME business by targeting Agri Infra projects and any other related products developed by Rural banking. Banking business model & do business development activities in the geography assigned. Create channel in market which create lead channel for Agri Infra and other Agri products to generate Agri- PSL business for bank. targeting toward. Work within the compliance boundaries set by regulatory bodies and banks. Portfolio Hygiene parameters to ensure no overdue or breach. Leverage the branch network & relationships. Groom, Coach and Mentor team of RMs to establish presence in the defined geography.
Roles & Responsibilities: Driving sales and relationship management teams for new customers acquisition for Agri Infra and Agri SME Products.
Driving sales of Agri - Infra and other Agri SME products, new customers acquisition grows the Agri PSL book.
Developing micro market and segment related solutions along with product teams to give differentiated proposition to customers.
Building enabling work environment through capability development of teams by being subject matter expert on Agri Infra and Agri SME solutions.
Administrate the credit relationship of the client, coordinating and supervising the entire process, ensuring the proper application of policies and processes Build, Grow and Nurture the team of Relationship Managers of the Cluster Assigned.
Secondary Responsibilities: Deepen relationship with customer and proactively own, respond, uncover, and anticipate future needs and expectations.
Introduces solutions to clients in building and strengthening an effective portfolio.
Work closely with credit managers on the on-boarding and retention of clients.
Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
Maximizes client experience by proactively sharing market updates, trends, and intelligence.
Execution of strategic initiatives launched centrally.
Network with clients to identify avenues for new business opportunities.

Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities: Building collaborative work culture between branch, assets team and support structure to enable front line teams.
Build, Grow and Nurture the team of Relationship Managers of the Cluster
Education Qualification: Graduation: Any Graduate (Agri Graduates Preferred)
Post Graduation: Any Postgraduate (Agri Graduates Preferred)
Professional Degrees: CA/ CFA/ ICWA
Experience: 10 to 18 years of relevant experience.
