Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve corporate services objectives within assigned clusters. 2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of corporate services professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and employee engagement. 3. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. 4. Business Development: Identify opportunities for new business development within assigned clusters, including cross-selling and upselling insurance products and services. 5. Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with corporate clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. 6. Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the corporate services division, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to clients. 7. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of the corporate services division, implementing corrective actions as needed. 8. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats for the corporate services business. 9. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as underwriting, claims, and finance, to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery. 10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing insurance broking activities. Qualifications: 1. Masters/Bachelor's degree. Preferably service sector background 2. Proven experience (7+ years) in a leadership role within the insurance industry, with a focus on corporate services. 3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional results. 4. Deep understanding of insurance products, risk management principles, and industry trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop innovative solutions and strategies. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. 6. Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for pipeline management, reporting, and analysis.
