Position: Cluster Head - Based out of BangaloreWorkplace: BengaluruQualification: Any Graduation Post graduation in MBA or relevant coursesExperience -8-10 yrs In Resort, Travel Trade & Leisure BusinessBackground: Relevant Experience in Hotel & ResortsAge Limit: Between 35-40 yrsRoles and responsitbilites:

• The candidate will be responsible to promate the leisure properties listed under the brand
• The person will be the brand custodian and will work closely with the unit heads to ensure that the business plans are achieved.
• The person will be responsible to curate the marketing requirements for the properties concerned
• They will have to manage the business source points to ensure that the sales P&L is maintained to budget
• They will play an active role in defining the seasonal promotions as well as the PR requirement for the properties
• Role will require extensive travel and a lot of networking
