- Drive cross sales and new sales from the assigned team of
- Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently
- Maintain and improve the Sales Quality Standards by
- Training and Development of the team of ADRMs, advisors
- Drive advisor attendance in Trainings and GO-meets.
- Work with other functions / departments and work towards
