About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Cluster Manager to drive growth and lead our high-performing sales team. This role will focus on customer acquisition, managing CIDCO projects, and achieving revenue targets. You'll play a key role in developing sales strategies, overseeing recruitment, and enhancing market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the property sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base.
• Manage team recruitment, set performance goals, and provide coaching for success.
• Target key sectors by engaging with government and corporate clients.
• Drive sales for CIDCO's newly developed assigned real estate projects.
• Foster strong, lasting relationships by understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Analyze sales data to track performance and make informed decisions.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven leadership and people management experience in a sales environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Deep expertise in managing the full sales cycle--from lead generation to deal closure.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
• Solid understanding of the real estate industry, particularly with CIDCO projects and related sectors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
