Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Cluster Chef Bangalore based who can oversee and manage the culinary operations across multiple outlets/kitchens within a cluster. The Cluster Chef will be responsible for maintaining the quality of food production, ensuring consistency in recipes, managing kitchen staff, and meeting health and safety standards across all units. The ideal candidate will bring innovation, leadership, and a passion for culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee Culinary Operations : Manage and coordinate the culinary activities across multiple kitchens or locations within the assigned cluster.
• Menu Development & Innovation : Create, update, and standardize menus for the cluster locations, ensuring a balance between innovation and consistency.
• Quality Control : Ensure the consistency of food preparation and presentation at all locations. Regularly perform taste tests and quality checks.
• Staff Supervision : Lead, train, and mentor kitchen teams across the cluster. Ensure staff adhere to company standards and culinary techniques.
• Inventory & Cost Management : Oversee inventory levels, food costing, and waste management. Work with purchasing teams to ensure the best quality and pricing.
• Health & Safety Compliance : Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations across the kitchens. Implement food safety management systems and regularly review compliance.
• Budget Management : Work closely with the finance team to manage kitchen budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability without compromising quality.
• Coordination & Collaboration : Collaborate with restaurant managers, the corporate culinary team, and procurement departments to align culinary operations with business goals.
• Customer Feedback & Improvement : Monitor customer feedback and take action to improve the quality of service and food offerings across the cluster.

Key Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Cluster Chef, Executive Chef, or in a similar role managing multiple kitchens or outlets.
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of a wide range of cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in food costing, budget management, and inventory control.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• A passion for food and a creative approach to menu development.

Educational & Professional Requirements :

• Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
• Experience in Multi cuisine is a plus.
• Certifications in Food Safety and Hygiene (such as HACCP) are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
