Job Description
Job Title: Cluster Business Head (Full Time) Location: Jabalpur, Bhopal, Gwalior, Indore Experience: 5+ year in sales (Logistics and Agriculture background is plus) This role involves leading a team of operations manager, field associates and inside sales. It focusses on achieving sales targets within the markets defined as a cluster. The role is responsible for building the company brand, markets, channels of distribution and coaching of people reporting into this position. The position involves sales through web app, and mobile app to medium small industries, mills and traders. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to excel in a dynamic work environment as an early member of a growing team. In partnership with the sales team, the CBH will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process with our customers. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9500,000.00 - 9800,000.00 per year Benefits:
