Job Description
:This role is based in our Portfolio office in Gurgaon Sector-50. Job role is team management role for cluster of 12 hotels in 9 cities with over 1750 rooms. Contributing positively to commercial performance of the cluster.YOUR DAY TO DAYxefx83xbc Manage a team of 10-12 associates to bring efficiency
and support to hotels for complete reservation activity
xefx83xbc Control room inventory, including allocation and
reservations for maximizing yield.
xefx83xbc Participate in Revenue Management and Pricing calls
with trends and contribute to enhancing the commercial
performance of the cluster
xefx83xbc Enforce inventory controls through existing processes.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUxefx82xa7 Minimum 5-7 years of experience of Independently
managing Reservations Dept in a Hotel or cluster.
xefx82xa7 Cluster Experience will be added advantage
xefx82xa7 Understanding of Reservation Processes
xefx82xa7 Quick Learner and ability to adapt
xefx82xa7 Data Analysis and presentations
xefx82xa7 Excellent communication skills
xefx82xa7 Commercial acumen
