Job Title Clover - Restaurant Product Manager About The Role Clover is looking for a hands-on Product Manager who is passionate about building products and delightful experiences for our restaurant customers. As a Product Manager you will help transform the product vision into actual roadmap and drive positive business outcomes for our customers. You will translate business requirements into product requirements to ensure the product delivers on user needs. You will be accountable for maximizing the value of the product results from the work of the development team. As part of a cross functional team in a fast paced environment, you will collaborate with other Clover product managers, designers, developers and quality engineers to drive execution and delivery of various products like online ordering, integrations with 3rd party online ordering aggregation and delivery platforms. You will be responsible for communicating the direction and status of the product to various stakeholders What You\'ll Do Create product backlog in partnership with tech and business teams based on the roadmap Translate business requirements into effective features and stories ready for development Define acceptance criteria, to clearly communicate the definition of done Effectively manage product backlog by prioritizing and ordering to drive business value, via effective change management Facilitate in data-driven decision making to influence roadmap prioritization Manage and communicate dependencies and risks Review customer feedback, analyze impact and prioritize it, and convert into clearly defined requirements to create a feature backlog Be the product champion. Document product functionality and work with customer enablement teams to train on new features. Define the value proposition of your products and support sales & marketing What You\'ll Need 3+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience in an enterprise B2B/B2B2C SaaS product company Experience in Payments, POS, e-Commerce or Omnichannel Commerce domain Experience defining, developing and launching products at various stages, in an Agile environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent relationship building skills: written and verbal communication, Customer empathy, collaboration and team building Technical background required. Bachelor\'s degree in a technical discipline is a must, a Business degree is a strong plus.
