Overview:

We serve a broad range of clients in government and industry, implementing complex projects from initial concept to operations.

TRC is looking for an experienced Manager/Sr. ServiceNow Developer who possesses an in-depth knowledge of managing and developing within an enterprise environment. Candidate will assist in leading administration, development, troubleshooting and acting as an escalation point. The manager will also research, design, implement, optimize, and maintain technical documentation.

A successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional technical, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. This person will be detail-oriented, self-directed, and self-motivated, and be able to effectively communicate with and share information within the IT organization and organization at large.
Qualifications:
• Excellent skills on cloud and customer deployments over Installing Software Solutions for (Angular, React, Node full stack framework with Postgres and Mongo database) and configuration in Linux and Windows machines. Linux deployment experience is must.
• Should have min 6 to max 8 yrs of experience with the mentioned skillsets
• Should have experience on enterprise level deployments and maintenance activities both on AWS and customer on-prem deployments.
• Should have basic knowledge of networking and be able to identify and troubleshoot issues being faced in real-time production scenarios.
• Should have good experience DevOps, CI/CDs.
• Should have good experience on Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent knowledge on Troubleshooting the issues identified in environments.
• Able to create and publish dashboards for the issues being raised in AWS environments.
• Aligning with Product Development and Delivery team and proactively provide required inputs to improve performance over customer deployments and troubleshooting.
