As a Cloud Technical Lead, you will get to:

• Provide technical support and expertise for customers cloud environments.
• Good People Manager Skills and experience of leading a team of technical resources.
• Act as a point of escalation for Level 1 support and collaborate with Level 3 teams or cloud providers for critical issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and applications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot performance-related problems in cloud services and recommend optimization strategies.
• Handle incidents and service requests within defined SLAs, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, DevOps, and system administrators, to resolve customer issues and enhance cloud services.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide detailed incident reports to prevent recurring issues.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and best practice guides.
• Help team to manage operation runbooks up to date.
• Proactively identify opportunities for service improvement and operational efficiency.
• Assist team and customer for disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.

Technical Knowledge

• Create and modify instances and resources (CPU, RAM, Disk) manually or automatically.
• Schedule and configure backups for instances and services like RDS according to policy.
• Troubleshoot OS and network-related issues, manage access, and apply patches.
• Optimize billing by tracking compute usage and create/manage VPCs and security groups.
• Maintain and troubleshoot routing tables, firewall rules, and virtual network gateways.
• Create and manage load balancers to ensure efficient network performance.

• 5 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years of experience
• Troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis skills.
• Leadership experience with team and technical resource management.
• Cloud Expertise in Azure, AWS IAAS, PAAS, and holding relevant certifications.
• Operating Systems knowledge in Windows and Linux, with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Cloud Operations using AWS Management Console and AWS CLI, maintaining AWS workloads.
• Team Collaboration with strong communication, ability to train others, and participate in on-call rotations.
