Cloud Technical Expert
Bangalore, Karanatak, IndiaThe AXA XL Cloud Technical Expert is responsible for defining technical direction, manage technical blockers (migration & integration) on overall Cloud Business Projects scope. She/He will be part of the Cloud Business Projects team working in close relationship with application/technical teams in AXA XL, with the Cloud Business Projects Program Manager, with AXA GO and with external partners.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?xc2xb7 Define Technical direction on Cloud Business Projects scope in terms of tooling, automation & engineering capabilities in close collaboration with application Project Managers, application teams & Subject Matter Experts.xc2xb7 Provide support to Business Projects execution teams on technical issues & defects.xc2xb7 Manage Integration blockers in a structure way by setting up mitigation projects (workaround & target solution).xc2xb7 Proactively contribute to Cloud governances and represent Cloud Business Projects in Architecture & other key governances, making sure Business Projects constraints are considered at the right level.xc2xb7 Provide direction to increase Business Projects velocity rate.xc2xb7 On Integration project, identify planning, capacity & velocity risks, and establish required mitigation plans with program leadership.xc2xb7 Support resource plan sertup to meet program objectives.xc2xb7 Monitor and report progress against plan and adjust plan to ensure the project stays on track.xc2xb7 Ensure project deliverables are high quality and are delivered on time.xc2xb7 Conduct continuous improvement, optimising delivery by improving processes and outcomes.xc2xb7 Provide leadership and direction in a positive and productive manner.xc2xb7 Ensure transparency and trust by communicating and reporting regularly with stakeholders and teams.You will report to the Cloud Business Projects Lead.QualificationsSHARE your talentWexe2x80x99re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:Required Skills and Abilities:xc2xb7 Senior technology expert with relevant years experience.xc2xb7 Significant experiences in technical & complex coordination.xc2xb7 Excellent knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure, OpenShift).xc2xb7 Exceelent knowledge of Cloud eco-system (infrastructure & security eco-system).xc2xb7 Experience in datacenter & Cloud projects at scale.xc2xb7 Experience in leading international & multi-cultural projects in English.xc2xb7 Ability to navigate complex matrix organisations to drive actions and decisions.xc2xb7 Fluent in both written and spoken English.xc2xb7 Ability to adapt to changing requirements, focus on iterative and incremental delivery.xc2xb7 Excellent understanding of Kanban/Scrum/Agile methodology and experience working in a Scrum team.xc2xb7 Customer orientation / added value, simplify in a complex organisation, autonomy and proactivity.Desired Skills and Abilities:xc2xb7 Ability to listen and understand complex requirements, team spirit and willingness to share knowledge.xc2xb7 Proven organisation skills, proactively supporting planning.xc2xb7 Ability to understand AXA standards in place and take them into account in future implementations (Security, IFCxe2x80xa6).FIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
