Requisition Number: 96654Job Summary:\xc2\xb7 Act as leader for the differentiation of Insight\xe2\x80\x99s technical capability.\xc2\xb7 Develop solution knowledge and share this IP both locally and Asia Pacific wide.\xc2\xb7 Focus on assisting the practice team to meet the Services Practice\xe2\x80\x99s financial target.\xc2\xb7 Provide consulting services including discovery, design, build, deployment, test, pilot, documentation, and transition.\xc2\xb7 Assist customers in resolving highly technical and complex problems.\xc2\xb7 Work within political, cost, and technical constraints to provide the most appropriate solution for the client.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with project manager(s) in project planning.\xc2\xb7 Effectively and consistently report status of projects back to project managers during project execution.\xc2\xb7 Assist with project closure by developing project artefacts, participating in project lessons learned.\xc2\xb7 Display strong situational analysis, problem solving, and decision-making skills.\xc2\xb7 Maintain professional demeanour and appearance at all times.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with teammates (internal/external) using various tools and methods (Blogs, Conferences, etc).\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate effective time management and prioritization skills.\xc2\xb7 Take responsibility as the technical representative of Insight within strategic accounts to develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities for Insight.\xc2\xb7 Focus on maintaining 80% chargeability through billing for solution design and transition to delivery.\xc2\xb7 Develop profile as a technical leader in an Insight specialist solution area.Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Substantial experience in technical roles within a Services environment.\xc2\xb7 Ability to map client\xe2\x80\x99s business needs to Insight\xe2\x80\x99s technology solution offerings.\xc2\xb7 Ability to write quality high level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps and technical documentation that communicate customer vision.\xc2\xb7 Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills combined with sound judgement.\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to develop technical requirements based on business imperatives.\xc2\xb7 Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships.\xc2\xb7 Excellent written (documentation) and verbal communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Proven analysis skills with the ability to work with a client to understand requirements, define and present appropriate solution, and oversee delivery of a solution to the client.\xc2\xb7 Execute end to end projects, from the initial gathering phase, design, implementation, training, hand over and post deployment support.\xc2\xb7 Comfortable with presenting and communicating technical solutions.\xc2\xb7 A team player willing to develop and share IP within the organization.\xc2\xb7 Tertiary Education qualifications preferred.Technical skills:\xc2\xb7 8+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a development or support role within a Microsoft environment\xc2\xb7 MS Dynamics 365, Strong Dataverse, D365 Customer Service, and Power Pages specific experience.\xc2\xb7 Solid understanding of at least 2 of the Dynamics 365 First Party Applications\xc2\xb7 Solid understanding and hands on experience with Model Driven Apps, Power Automate and Canvas Apps.\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge with hands on experience with Power BI, Power Pages and AI Builder\xc2\xb7 Experience with complex CRM configuration and customization including integration and data migration.\xc2\xb7 Best practice and implementation with Application Lifecycle Management\xc2\xb7 Experience with Power Platform Centre of Excellence ToolkitGood to have:\xc2\xb7 MS Certifications\xc2\xb7 IT methodologies & frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL and agile - desirableInsight is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law.Insight India Location:Level 16, Tower B, Building No 14, Dlf Cyber City In It/Ites Sez, Sector 24 &25 A Gurugram Gurgaon Hr 122002 India
